Premia has been established and continues to grow on a referral basis.

  1. You have been referred to us by a family member, friend, colleague or other Trusted Advisor.
  1. We arrange a telephone call to discuss your requirements, our business and address any initial queries you have.
  1. Upon mutual agreement, we schedule a formal Discovery meeting.

In this meeting we will discuss your requirements, desired outcomes and undertake a full review of your financial affairs.

We will ask you to complete our Personal Summary form and collate information to bring with you to our meeting. This will ensure our meeting time together is as productive as possible. Our meeting will take approximately 60 minutes and as a referral to our business, there is no initial cost.

  1. Where we discover and highlight areas of your affairs that would benefit from our services, we will offer to prepare a Proposal for Services for your consideration. Our proposed services and associated fee will be fully disclosed and detailed.
  1. We will discuss any queries you have with our proposal and then you decide whether to proceed with our advice relationship.
  1. Once engaged, we begin implementing a Structured Approach to prioritize and deliver the outcomes required.
  1. You experience clarity and peace of mind knowing your financial affairs are in order, freeing up more time to focus on the other important things to you in life.
  1. We enjoy a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship.
